DIGITAL PRINTING MACHINE BY NEYRET GROUP
The digital printing is very user friendly compared to offset or pad printing:
- The implementation is short on time
- No consumables such as cliché or pad. No use of solvent meaning no ink mix of vapor thus reducing downtime, no viscosity issue
- Cleaning limited to one purge per shift
- Very low maintenance
- Quick printing model change via software interface
Printing options:
- Non-CMR inks for food and medical industry
- Plasma treatment for a better bond
- Four-color print plus primer and varnish
- UV Curing
- Flat or 360° printing process
MAGNETIC CONVEYOR
Using a magnetic conveyor to print the parts gives several benefits:
- Short cycle time. The pallet speed, its location, and its acceleration can be programmed according to each station. This allows to make short and long processes using the same conveyor
- Suitable for all production environments, including the clean rooms
- More than a stand-alone printing machine. Quality checks can be added to the machines in order to sort bad from good printed products and to add also assembly processes
- From derisking to marketing in few days. Easy to pre-check the feasibility, to test quickly any kind of design at very low cost. Neyret Group has developed test bench for doing so.
