neyret group offers training to the customer teams. Training is a handover on how to run the assembly machines.
Training starts during the tuning phase on the neyret group’s sites and can be provided in the customer premises, ideally during the SAT period.
Training sessions are usually organized to suit the exact needs of the customers. They can cover various subjects to various department (machine operation, programming, vision systems, maintenance, beginner, advanced technicians…). Training can also be provided in remote live.
A complete training support document regarding the machine operating and maintenance is prepared and provided in the preferred language.
OPERATING AND MAINTENANCE
These basic training are intended to:
- Operators
- Maintenance people, mechanics, controls…
- Supervisors
- New employees
Basically, training is very practical. One part in a classroom and the major part on the machine to facilitate the handover and understanding. The trainees learn about the best practices of operating, tuning, repair on corrective or preventive mode.
The training sessions provide deeper knowledge of whole equipment:
- Control of production processes
- Use of the HMI’s
- Production monitoring and key indicators
- Control of the electrical and electronic system
- Regular checks and adjustments of the machine
- Fault identification and diagnosis
- Maintenance Level 1
PROGRAMMING
Training of programming includes the presentation of the program structure in the PLC, the vision system and the robots, in order to understand all the sequences of the program and to intervene completely independently on the machine.
