The index machines are custom machines. The product characteristics, the requirements, the assembly specifics and the special processes are the basis of the machine design. The machine can be dedicated to only one product or developed to assemble many product variants. The standard technical elements of the machines can be adapted to all purposes. The tools can be quickly changed, the tracking feeding system gives the necessary flexibility for the production of short batches, and robotics can be also integrated.
Prior to machine design validation, Derisking (Proof of Principle) is carried out to simulate complex or difficult processes. The technical concept is then integrated entirely in the complete machine.

Speed from 2400 to 14400 parts/hour, single or multiple nest
Yearly Production: 10M-100M parts/year
The assembly operations are done on a rotary index table or using a mechanical or magnetic linear conveyor. Guy Neyret machines integrate came manipulators, both mechanical and/or electrical (eManip). Each station can have up to 6 motions allowing several features/processes thus reducing notably the machine footprint.
Quality check “online”: the machine includes all kinds of vision cameras, sensors or specific testing systems, in order to check the integrity of the components/product and the functionality of the product.
Feeding Equipment: bowl feeders, palletizers, tracking with robots.
